1. Applicable Terms

1.1 Use of this site, www.e4e-manager.co.uk and all sub-areas, ("the Site") constitutes your
acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect immediately on your first use of the
site. E4 environment Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by
posting changes online.

1.2 You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of
such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance
of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.

1.3 If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and/or specific terms appearing
elsewhere on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.

1.4 This site is owned and operated by E4 environment Ltd, a private company limited by guarantee
registered in England with number 3891999 and whose registered office is at 17/18 Mardol,
Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY1 1PU

2. Your subscription

2.1 The “Subscriber” is a registered user of the site for whom the annual subscription has been paid.
Subscription to the site is for a minimum of 12 months. Where a standing order for payment is set up,
monies will be accepted to cover the 12 months period and will not be refunded due to early
termination of subscription.

2.2 Renewal notice of annual subscription will be issued by E4 environment Ltd one month prior to
end date.

2.3 Any consultancy hours offered as part of your annual subscription are valid for the 12 month
period. Hours remaining at the end of the 12 months subscription period will not be carried forward
or accrued in the following subscription year.

2.4 Where consultancy work is carried out at the request of the subscriber, the minimum time
duration will be 6 minutes and time will be accrued in 6 minute units (one tenth of an hour).

3. Consultancy Packages

4. Restrictions on Use of Materials

4.1 Unless otherwise indicated the contents including the names, images and logos identifying E4
environment Ltd or E4e-manager and its products and services are the property of E4 environment
Ltd and are protected, without limitation, pursuant to copyright and trademark laws and may not be
reproduced or republished.

4.2 Subject always to 1.3 material produced by E4 environment Ltd on this Site (which for the
avoidance of doubt does not include material on any linked website of a third party) may be
copied or downloaded for your own personal use.

5. Liability

5.1 We cannot promise that access to the website will be uninterrupted or error free. Use of the
website is at your own risk. Except as required by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damages
whatsoever, including indirect or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits,
loss of privacy and loss of data) whether in contract, negligence or other tortiuos action, that arise
from reliance on the material or arise out of or in connection with the use of this website.

5.2 This Site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to
E4e-manager , its products and services (or to third party products and services), iare provided "AS IS"
and on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without
warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and
accuracy.

5.3 Whilst E4 environment Ltd makes every effort to check the accuracy of information contained
within this Site, it accepts no liability for any inaccuracies and visitors who rely on this information do
so at their own risk.

5.4 We are not responsible for the contents or reliability of the linked websites and do not necessarily
endorse the views expressed within them. Listing shall not be taken as endorsement of any kind.

6. Use of Site

6.1 You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the
rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this Site by any third party. Such restriction or
inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause
distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or
disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this Site.

7. Severability

7.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise
unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are
intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is
illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining
terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and
enforceable.

8.1 The Site is controlled and operated by E4 environment Ltd from its offices in the United Kingdom.
We make no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in other
locations. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and
are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

8.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales. Disputes arising shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.
